VR Capittal acts as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-251873) for mutual fund distribution. Distribution-related information and guidance are provided in that capacity. An ARN is a distributor registration; it does not mean SEBI has approved or guaranteed our services or any scheme.
Information, not an assurance
Website content is general information. It is not an individual investment recommendation, research report, offer to buy or sell a security, or a promise of results. Decisions should consider your circumstances, investment horizon, liquidity needs and capacity to bear loss.
Market risk
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. Scheme NAVs and investment values can rise or fall. You may lose part or all of your invested capital. Past performance does not indicate future returns. SIP, STP and SWP facilities do not guarantee returns or protect capital.
Regular Plans and costs
Mutual funds distributed through our ARN are Regular Plans, which involve AMC-paid distributor commissions reflected in scheme expenses. Direct Plans of the same scheme generally have lower expense ratios because they exclude distributor commissions. Read our commission disclosure and the relevant scheme documents before deciding.
Other products and partner services
Loans, insurance, PMS, AIF, bonds, deposits and other third-party products have separate eligibility, costs, terms and risks. Mutual fund registration does not authorise every financial activity. Any referral or distribution arrangement is subject to the relevant provider’s permissions and documents. Loans are sanctioned by lenders; insurance underwriting and claims are decided by insurers. Professional legal, tax and CFO services, where facilitated, are undertaken by the relevant independent professionals under their agreed engagement.
Calculators, testimonials and external content
Calculators illustrate selected assumptions and do not predict actual returns. Taxes, inflation, loads and charges may materially change outcomes. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not evidence of scheme performance. External links, market information and news may be delayed or incomplete; linking does not amount to endorsement.
